A relational master data database was installed to consolidate ten Excel master data sources, accompanied by an upload file validation program for ten upload types and fixed master data maintenance screens for central maintenance. User authorization was scoped to two submitter types plus master data maintenance roles with country attachment logic and existing product submission rules.
Operational integration extended to supply chain and procurement analytics with a global Supply Chain Dashboard, Spend Analysis, Price Variance Analysis, Inflation Analyses and a Vendor Compliance Entry Portal. The project delivered a Menu Planning Portal and a Food Cost Management Portal as SAP-integrated front ends for kitchen, mess, canteen and store supervisors to execute production and inventory management processes of SAP to support accurate food costing. Governance included centralized master data maintenance and role-based submission workflows, with rollout templates and support across multiple countries and 300 operational sites.
