Governance and support were structured to scale with a lean HR team, training a Head Office HR graduate and three super admins to deliver first level support and administration globally, and extending deep dive training to super admins in the US and UK. The project engaged implementation partner Gavdi Group for the SuccessFactors rollout and relied on TalenTeam as an operational technology partner to provide rapid issue resolution, specialist learning technology consultancy, and ongoing training.
