Performance Analytics dashboards were used to surface vendor-provided service metrics and to drive Service Improvement Programmes and service catalogue‑based fulfilment standardization.
Governance and process transformation included instituting CMDB audit processes to meet APRA compliance requirements and redesigning service catalogue workflows to standardize end to end delivery. The AMP implementation delivered explicit operational results, including a 27% reduction of high priority incidents in 2019 and the establishment of live SLA measurement through ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
