Architecturally, SS&C Blue Prism serves as the automation layer that orchestrates digital workers and coordinates with conversational AI, NLP and the CRM system, while interacting with customer master data and order fulfillment processes. The solution links front-office channels to back-office order management through synchronous ticketing and real-time order updates, enabling automated exception handling and delivery orchestration.
Operational coverage focused on customer experience teams, front-office sales and the back-office supply chain and fulfillment groups, governed through an internal Automation Center of Excellence. Workflow restructuring removed manual customer outreach for order errors, formalized the ticket to remediation lifecycle, and redirected staff effort toward higher-value customer and commercial activities.
Outcomes reported by AB InBev are explicit and measurable in the deployment context.
