Hoyts Leisure and Hospitality 3000 $650M Australia Dayforce Ceridian Dayforce Workforce Management Workforce Management 2025 Magnisol In 2025, Hoyts implemented Ceridian Dayforce Workforce Management to consolidate payroll, time and attendance, and core HR processes under a single Workforce Management platform. The Ceridian Dayforce Workforce Management deployment targets payroll, timekeeping, and HR business functions to centralize day-to-day workforce operations for Hoyts's approximately 3,000 employees in Australia and to support Australian and New Zealand payroll and compliance requirements. The implementation scope covers configuration of payroll, time and attendance, and HR modules, with internal module champions appointed across functions to own configuration and testing. A 12 month fixed-term HRIS Implementation Specialist role was established to act as the internal lead and subject matter expert, coordinating configuration, automation of standard workforce workflows, data cleansing, migration, and validation activities. Magnisol is engaged as the consulting implementation partner alongside Dayforce and internal stakeholders to coordinate project delivery, testing cycles, and cutover planning. The project is organized around core people systems integration and operational coverage for HR, payroll administration, and rostered workforce scheduling, with cross-functional stakeholder engagement from people and operations teams. Project governance emphasizes documented decisions, change control, and issue tracking, supported by structured training, communication, and post-go-live support plans to drive adoption. Governance artifacts include migration validation records, configuration documentation, and a managed handover to support and payroll operations teams following go-live.
Carrington Aged Care Healthcare 528 $31M Australia UKG UKG Ready Scheduling (ex Kronos Workforce Scheduling) Workforce Scheduling 2023 LoopSafe In 2023 Carrington Aged Care implemented UKG Ready Scheduling as part of a targeted Workforce Scheduling deployment to consolidate rostering and payroll functions across its Camden NSW operations. The project replaced RITEQ Rostering and extended Carringtons use of UKG Ready to manage employee timesheet clocking, roster management, and payroll processing for an organization of approximately 528 employees. The implementation configured UKG Ready Scheduling alongside the UKG payroll and roster modules to centralize shift creation, employee clocking and timesheet exception workflows. Employee sign-in and shift clocking were streamlined so that LoopKiosk devices perform entry screening and act as a live shift time clock, feeding timed events and approvals into UKG Ready Scheduling to support standard payroll and rostering workflows. LoopSafe developed and deployed a direct integration to the UKG API to enable a live data sync between the LoopSafe visitor and contractor sign-in system and UKG Ready Scheduling. The integration launched concurrently with Carringtons UKG roster and payroll go-live, and extended LoopSafe coverage that had already been used for staff, contractors and visitors for one year to include staff clocking and automated record transfer to payroll. Governance and operational effects centered on consolidation of entry and clocking into a single step, reducing manual timesheet administration and improving compliance oversight. Managers gained the ability to review and action timesheet exceptions within UKG Ready Scheduling, entry safety screening completion rose to 100 percent of employees, and the live LoopSafe to UKG Ready Scheduling sync ensured payroll accuracy which, according to Carrington, has instilled confidence in their board and executive team.
