In 2015, the top 10 EPM software vendors accounted for nearly 70 percent of the global Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications market which grew 5% to approach nearly $2.2 billions in license, maintenance and subscription revenues, slightly above our previous projection.
Last year Oracle led the pack with 26% market share and $580 million in EPM product revenues, riding on a 3% jump in license, maintenance and subscription revenues. SAP was No. 2 achieving 19% share, IBM was the third at 16% and Anaplan and Tagetik were fourth and fifth place with 2% and 2%, respectively.
Through our forecast period, the EPM Applications market is expected to reach $2.8 billion by 2020, compared with $2.2 billion in 2015 at a compound annual growth rate of 4.8%.
