Last year Ericsson led the pack with 16% market share and $1.4 billion in Communication product revenues, riding on a 17% jump in license, maintenance and subscription revenues. Microsoft was No. 2 achieving 9% share, Oracle was the third at 8% and SAP and Amdocs were fourth and fifth place with 5% and 3%, respectively.
